Everyone deserves a place to call home. My plan focuses on expanding public housing, tying rent to income, and stopping predatory rent hikes that push families out of their communities. Housing is a human right, and we will work to ensure affordability, stability, and dignity for every resident.

Our streets should serve people, not just cars. I support safe, accessible streets, expanded and more frequent bus routes, and investment in walkable neighborhoods. Everyone should be able to move around our city safely, conveniently, and sustainably.

Justice should heal, not punish. I believe in demilitarized policing, restorative justice programs, and specialized crisis response units. Police should protect communities without intimidation, and we must reduce wasteful policing while investing in solutions that restore safety and trust.

Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. We will expand access to care, including oral health, and remove barriers that prevent people from staying healthy or getting treatment. Mental health support will be integrated into our communities, ensuring that everyone can receive help when they need it.

Our future depends on sustainable energy and connectivity for all. I support renewable energy initiatives for renters, community microgrids, and state-funded public internet. Access to clean energy and reliable internet should empower communities, not leave them behind.

Nature should be accessible to everyone. I will ensure city buses reach state and national parks, and provide convenient public transportation for nonprofits. Children and families should have the opportunity to enjoy our state’s natural wonders, promoting recreation, education, and wellbeing.
